Email is the only channel we run. The inbox is staffed Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, and we answer within two business days. Messages that arrive in the evening or over the weekend are picked up on the next working morning.
What we can help with
- Questions about a specification — wattage, capacity, materials, dimensions
- Corrections. If a price, a rating or a stock status here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it
- Which product suits a particular job, if the product pages did not settle it
- Partnership, press and wholesale enquiries
What we cannot help with
Anything to do with an order you have placed. We do not process payments, hold stock or ship goods, and we have no access to your account with the retailer or to your order history. Delivery problems, returns, refunds, damaged items and warranty claims are handled by the retailer and the seller of record. Starting from your order history on their site will be faster than writing to us, because the only thing we could do is tell you the same.
