Privacy policy

The short version. This is a static site. No ads, no advertising cookies, no accounts, no newsletter, and we never see your payment details. If you email us, we keep the email.
What we collect
Nothing you type. There are no forms, no logins, no signup and no comment system on peach-street.net. The only way to send us anything is to email us deliberately.
Standard server logs. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, records what every web server records in order to serve pages and defend against abuse: IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer and timestamp. We do not use those logs to build a profile of anybody, and Cloudflare holds them under its own privacy policy.
Your email, if you send one. We keep the address and the message for as long as it takes to deal with it. You are not added to any list.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking scripts. The only JavaScript here is one small file that opens the mobile menu and swaps the product image when you click a colour thumbnail.
When you click through to the retailer
This is the part worth reading. Our product links carry a tracking parameter. When you follow one, the retailer sets its own cookies so that a visit can be attributed to the site it came from. From that moment you are on the retailer’s site and under its privacy notice, not ours.
What comes back to us is an aggregate report — clicks, orders, items shipped. It carries no names, no addresses and no payment information, and there is no way for us to identify an individual buyer from it.
Who we share data with
Nobody. We sell nothing to anyone and run no third-party analytics or advertising services. Our only processors are Cloudflare, which hosts the site, and our email provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live — under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California, for example — you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and to object to its processing. In practice the only personal data we are ever likely to hold is an email you sent us. Write to [email protected] and we will action it.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
